Judica is a communications practitioner with extensive experience in corporate reputation, stakeholder management, and crisis communications across a wide range of industries.

She began her career at two leading global communications consultancies before moving in-house. At Sari Roti, she led communications and CSR, guiding the company through a high-profile public boycott. She later joined Gojek, where she was tasked with strengthening leadership reputation in the industry.

Her crisis communications portfolio spans natural disasters, security incidents, public health outbreaks, product recalls, labor disputes, and litigation-related PR, alongside B2C, B2B, and executive communications work.

Judica holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Franco-Indonesian Graduate School of Management (University of Indonesia & Université Grenoble Alpes), and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia.
